Vendors
We are the longest running “free gate” fair in the state; since 1948. This gives our guests multiple opportunities to visit the fair and have fun. We have over 100,000 attendees, each year, enjoying exhibits, livestock competition, the carnival, home arts, plants/flowers, the arts, entertainment and children’s activities. We are also famous for our Saturday and Sunday Demolition Derbies.
Upon the approval of your application we will be requiring your full payment within 12 business days to hold your space. When the fees have been received we will forward the contract, fair’s instruction manual, insurance information, and map of booth location. The contract and supportive material need to be returned as soon as possible. If you would like to send in any reference information from previous fairs, festivals, etc., please feel free to do so.
Please note, it is vital to our success as well as yours, to have your booth staffed and open during the entire time the fair and/or buildings are open. Failure to do so may result in your booth being shut down during the fair and/or not being allowed to participate in the following years fair.
The majority of our contact with you prior to fair will be done electronically. Please make sure we have a good email and contact number. If you do not have a good email then make sure you let us know on you application the best way for us to reach you.
